libh323plus-dev software package provides H.323 aka VoIP library development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libh323plus-dev
libh323plus-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libh323plus-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libh323plus-dev *
You will get with libh323plus-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
